I also am getting married in march,that leaves me less than six months to lose 30lbs,I know i can do it,have broken it up in two so 15lbs by end of january and 15 by end if march for wedding.WOOHOOO

Yes i use it,but only for my workouts they really power it up and i can go longer and stronger.I like it and it takes a few days to get used to the effects,cut back if its to much

It is really hard to go into starvation mode,I dont eat all of my exerscise cals but i try to eat at least half

I know i cant take that much time off even if my weight loss has stalled.I just kick up the workouts and adjust my eating,gets me back up and running

Yes I can see where mountain biking would burn that much,Im just not convinced that lifting would give you that much.He said that he lifted so much that his nose started to bleed and was proud of that.How is that good for you?And if your lifting that much wouldn't you exhaust your muscles long before you hit 1700 cals

Not real big,but big.I just know that my top burn is 1200 and it includes cardio and lifting and takes me 2 hours to do and sooooo much effort.I dont do it very often.

I have found that while I am loosing and training that b12 is great for energy.some say it aids in weightloss some say nay.I say it works for me.

I used to do them(zone bars low card) but now all i do is 6 to 8 oz of fat free chocolate milk after my workouts

Uhhh,I dont think I would believe you phone,my hrm is right on and its not fancy at all.everyone burns diffrently depending on weight,how vigerous your run,hills and speed.My run burns are diffrent everyday,its how much effort i put into them that makes it lower or higher

Alot of us have had this issue,its a horrible feeling and you wonder why you even continue on.however you do and you pick yourself up after a good cry and move on.weightloss is tough and it hurts sometimes but your moving in the right direction and thats what counts.believe in yourself and believe in the process
