  • Like someone said earlier, however, if you're eating a baanced diet, its likely you're getting more than enough protein. It's REALLY hard to be protein deficient, like you have to be trying to be. Protien is in everything. & also don't think that animal sources are your only option

  • I've heard its a myth too, but my friend has an ED and she like truley barely ever eats and right now she's freaking out because she's somehow GAINING weight. I think starvation mode is a POSIBILITY for everyone, but in the end, doesnt end up affecting everybody. imo.
  • i only lose weight when i eat around 800 cals AND work out. I dont have any thyroid problems that I know about, and am overall pretty healthy. I just can barely eat if I plan on losing weight. it sucks.
