Try and pick one new thing a week to try. Over time our likes do change so don't think that because you didn't like something as a kid that you don't like it now. When you can grill, fill up the grill. You can wrap up left overs to use through out the week. Grilled left over chicken on salad is great. Good luck!!

I can totally relate but I've found out that I do alot better when I make sure I eat a decent amount of protein with every meal. It really does make me feel satisfied until my next meal. I feel your pain. My brother borrowed mine to weigh his families luggage before they went on vacation a week ago and I won't get it back until Easter Sunday. I almost went out and bought a new one. The waiting is driving my crazy. I'll never lend it out again!!!

I'm on my 3rd glass of ice tea and starting to feel better. I have cut out sugar the last two weeks and chocolate is one of my down falls so with all the easter candy ads on and all the candy in the stores, I am really feeling the temptations.

If you are eating a lot of "fat free" or "light" version of food just replace with regular versions. That will increase your calorie deficit.

As hard as it sounds, you really need to make time for you. Start with your food. Try to plan your meals out for the week and do a one trip shopping trip so you have everything you need for the week. There are ton's of seafood option for you over there, along with all the fresh fruit. You will do just fine!!! They do have alot of healthy choices. Also, if you get a chance to go tubing in any of the irrigation canals I'd highly recommend it. It was a blast!!!!! I think they call it "tubing the ditch."

Since I'm trying to lose weight, I'm glad I'm not overly fond of anything that is breaded and deep fried or even just deep fried like french fries. Also, I'm not to fond of reese cups even though I love peanut butter and chocolate (just not together).

The sausage crumbles come in a bag and they are already cooked. I found them at the grocery store near the regular bacon and sausage section.
