Last week was a good week! Even though the best word to describe my long run on Saturday would be......soggy.... Tuesday -- 4 miles Wednesday -- 4 miles Thursday -- 8 miles Saturday --17.6 miles Month-to-date: 60.6 (right on track to make my goal, can't slip up now!)

That is SUCH an interesting point you make about alcohol! I've never thought about it, but that is such an accurate description for how I feel too!
