I know exactly how you feel.. I also have been trying to lose a large amount of weight.. All you can do is put one foot in front of the other and just "go".. Have rewards for yourself if you make a certain weight goals.. Keep telling yourself you are worth it even if you don't believe it at first. eventually you will start…

I also disagree with people when they say you have to drink it forever or gain the weight back.. I have gone off it and did fine. People who use it and gain their weight right back, could be because they haven't gotten it through their heads quite yet that weight loss is a lifestyle change. This can happen with ANY weight…

I do Slimfast.. I have had great success with it.. I think any lower calorie plan will work fine though. You just need to do what is right for you. Not everyone loses weight the same. Not every "diet" works the same for everyone. Good luck with you weight loss!

Come on now.. Experience and age does not always make you an expert at weight loss and healthy lifestyle.. If that were the case, then us "older" folks on here wouldn't have the weight problems we have.. People shouldn't attack someone young for wanting to be healthy.. More young people need to start being more concerned…
