You can look up side affects of each medicine on the internet. It is the best way as you can check with your dosing. But a lot of meds to cause weight gain.

Actually that is also dependant on the heat of the fire pushing it and the winds that the fire is creating.

I think it would be safe to say that the uncertainty of it all has to be the biggest obstacle. You don't know when you are going to eat so when you get the chance to it is something fast and you gulp it down, As for exercise you have to try to do it after your shift if you can still stand up.

I have been doing low carbs for over 8 months now and it works for me I have great workouts and probably more energy then a lot of people I know. What I do try to do is make what carbs I take in healthy carbs I also watch my fat intake. So far so good.

I had lost probably around 30 before anyone said anything. But as I have lost more it turns out the people I interact with the most were aftraid to say anything because I started losing after a really bad month with my health so they thought I was really sick. But I ga lot of comments now.
