To get down to my Uni weight which was 12st 6 (Currently 13st) so a loss of 8lb. Continue to drink 1.5-2l of water per day. TO carry on going to the gym 5/6 times per week! This will get harder as I start back at work again on Monday after having a long time off!!! Good Luck everybody
