I'm all for this! If i didn't behave I got put in the car so I didn't bother other people. I don't want to go out for dinner to listen to someone kid throw a tantrum. As much as I love this idea, I will still always select a lounge so there won't be any kids

I love my HRM, i used it to ensure I have my heart rate up while I'm working out, If i see it dropping a lot due to rest, I do jumping jacks to spike it. I also use it to track calories burnt to enter on here

You will lose the weight from your mid section too, just keep working out and eating right. You cannot target where the weight will come off of :) I would assume that your whole body is getting slimmer, so it may look the same to you but you probably look thinner as well! Keep up the good work and congrats on 9 lbs!

Your best bet is just to stay away from soda. In 1 year, the average person (that drinks 1 can) would lose 15 lbs. There is nothing of nutritional value in there. I too like soda, but aspartame is so bad for you, i drink a real soda once in awhile for a treat!

The average american female gets about 10g of fibre per day, what you should be getting is near 25g, so whomever told you 21g is right! I go over, I even take fibre pills it's beneficial!

I am a lululemon lover haha! So lulu pants and a lulu top, but I always look for deals and people giving away hand me downs :) I would recommend leaving the pjs at home, just make sure you're comfortable!

This is very common with the 30DS I've seen! It's about the inches lost, some people will lose more lbs, some will lose more inches but its definitely a great program and worth it! keep at it!

Absolutely!! I used to go for drinks once or twice a week, not too much (light weight haha maybe 3 drinks) but I've been too busy at the gym to go and boy i have noticed the bloating is gone and the weight comes off much easier
