I always prepare my meals the night before. Today was Coconut rice (homemade 50/50 water/milk ratio) and braised chicken :) Veggies to snack on this afternoon and I had a banana this morning I try and avoid pre-packaged meals from the store due to the sodium in them plus also its not a lot of food for the amount of calories

I would recommend staying away from anything that says "pudding" and go for things like fruit, veggies, natural things that have natural sweeteners not sucrose flavors

You really should be eating some of those exercise calories back!! Eat a banana or drink a glass of water and see if that satiates your hunger

Chili would be a good one, use lots of veggies and a lean ground beef! Generally my dinners are in the same range, its not too hard!

I love to do HIIT training. I do it on the treadmill 2 times a week as part of my routine and i love it. Definitely gets me sweating!

It wont effect your weight loss, if thats your vice stick with it! Obviously its better to drink water but it wont effect the number on the scale

Just ask yourself where the food came from before you get ready to cook it! Is this part of your 5 food groups? or is it a mixture of 50 different ingredients? Go for the stuff that grows from the earth or our animals! And i recommend trying a stir fry or something, add chicken or beef, stay light on sauces and avoid…

Wendy's (not sure if its only Canadian... pardon my lack of knowledge there) Spicy chicken sandwich, ate one this week! Skipped the Coke and Fries and it was 530 cals but oh so worth it and i was full! Still managed to be under calorie goal that day too! http://feelgreatmotivate.wordpress.com/
