If you have the nutrition info, I would enter it to get the most accurate calorie count. Yesterday, I was looking for the count on Island Foods chicken roti and MFP gave me 450. Congrats on finishing! 13.2 is definitely inspiring! I did workout 7 for the first time tonight, and it was not pretty...or as Jillian would say not cute. As frustrating as it was an the finish line seeming so far away, it helps to read success stories like yours. Good luck with Ripped!

I'm on week 5/6. When I've been sick and missed a workout, I usually tack it onto one of my cardio days. So I would do the missed workout plus a cardio, then I'm back on track.

I think you're on to something about the odd numbered workouts. Loved workout 6 tonight! It was still really hard, but I was still able to up my weights and I felt focused and strong. :happy:

I just started using a HRM this week because I thought MFP was overestimating my calories burned. MFP Circuit Training, 30 min = 330 cals. When I used my HRM it said I burned only 184 cals. I was shocked to say the least, especially since I was eating some of my cals back. MFP Spinning, 45 min = 441. HRM = 443, so that is…

Ok, I had to read your reply a few times, because if I wasn't confused before I'm definitely am now! I've set my macro goals at 40/30/30. I had also set my Net Calories goal at my TDEE cut of 2060.
