  • when i need to attach something without it becoming lumpy i use photo squares - just put enough on so that it will hold. i find that glue of any type puts wrinkles in my work. good luck!

  • i'm a fan of omlets - egg whites with veggies and some low fat cheese!
  • and i thought i was the only one!!! i thought it was my shoes or socks, but i changed them and nothing changed. now i switch between forwards and backwards every 5 minutes and that helps a bit. trying to move your feet around does help a bit as well and i wiggle my toes.
  • i am so bad with drinking my water! lately i've been drinking flavored seltzer inbetween water - i find it easier to drink something that has a flavor to it!
