I just add the oatmeal in. You can use cooked quinoa as well.

1c soy or almond milk 1/2 frozen banana 1/2c frozen blueberries 1T flax seed 1/2-1c spinach, chard, or kale 1t pure maple syrup You can add other things depending on your needs (protein powder, chia seeds, hemp hearts, yogurt, oatmeal, even cooked quinoa)
