1c soy or almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
1/2c frozen blueberries
1T flax seed
1/2-1c spinach, chard, or kale

You can add other things depending on your needs (protein powder, chia seeds, hemp hearts, yogurt, oatmeal, even cooked quinoa)0 -
I just add the oatmeal in. You can use cooked quinoa as well.0

My favorite is banana, almond milk, and oatmeal.
I usually eat the oatmeal and make the banana smoothie separately.
Do you just toss the oatmeal into the smoothie raw?
I just add the raw oatmeal in or cooked quinoa0 -

I love the basic vanilla almond milk, crushed pineapple, a little vanilla yogurt and some shredded coconut with ice. Recently my favorite thing is my protein shakes though-I use a scoop or two of chocolate protein mix, dark chocolate soy milk and a splash of banana extract with ice.0

Bump! I'll respond with some of my faves later, and hopefully get some ideas from others in this thread.0

My go to Smoothie is:
250 ml light milk
100 ml water
100 grams raspberries
30 grams choc protein pwder
15 grams raw rolled oats
15 grams black chia seeds
Blend till smooth. The chia seeds give it a thick consistency.0 -
berries...lots of berries, any berries. add some ice and some almond milk (usually 1/2 cup will do it for me, less if more fruit)0

Vitamix's Sailorman Smoothie
.5 Cup (80 g) Grapes, Red or Green
.25 Cup (60 g) Fat Free Yogurt
1 Cup (30 g) Spinach, Washed
.5 Medium Banana, Peeled
.5 Apple, Halved
.33 Cup (50 g) Fresh Pineapple, Core included, Peeled
1 Cup Ice Cubes
To this I'll sometime switch it up. Berries instead of grapes. I'll throw in a couple mushrooms for the B12. They add no flavor, but do add nutrition. Sometimes I'll put in a carrot instead of the apple. Almost always add a teaspoon of Barlean's Orange flavored fish oil.0 -
