Just made this recipe up yesterday. I'm working to get more protein into my diet, as well as, trying to develop recipes for my father. This one is delicious & high in protein. Most of the crabs come from the fruit.

    1/2 c. Dannon plain fat-free greek yogurt
    1/2 c. Milk 1%
1 packet Syntrax Nectar Protein, Caribbean Cooler (enough for 24 grams of protein)
    1/2 c. frozen pineapple chunks (= 8 chunks)
    1/2 frozen banana
Small squeeze of Dasani Pineapple Coconut Water Enhancer, add to taste
    Handful of ice cubes

Mix well in a blender. The consistency is thick & foamy, like whipped cream just before it totally thickens. It was DELICIOUS & very filling. I wasn't the least bit hungry for the next 4-5 hours.

    307 cal / 1 gram fat / 37 grams CHO / 41 grams protein / 2 grams fiber

Next on the agenda is a Chocolate Cherry Smoothie!

Strawberry Peach Greek Yogurt Smoothie (serves 2)

    225 grams frozen strawberries
    200 grams frozen peaches
1 small ripe (not frozen) banana
125 grams Fage 2% Greek yogurt
    1 Tbl Agave Nectar
    pinch of salt
2 C Vanilla flavored almond milk

Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. I usually have to stop the blender a couple of times and force some of the frozen stuff down to the bottom. It eventually comes together, though! Obviously you can substitute non-fat yogurt or lower cal almond milk. This shake is fabulous.

    Per serving: 273 Cals / 54 Carb / 4 Fat / 9 Protein

    Right now it's

1 cup frozen mango (Dole brand I use has 90 calories for 1 cup)
1 cup Blue Diamond Unsweetened Almond Milk (this brand exactly because 1 cup is only 30 calories)
1 scoop Whey protein powder (150 calories a scoop I use Pure Protein vanilla creme)

    Total: 260 calories/27 grams of protein/6 grams fat/ 28 carbs

My favorite is banana, almond milk, and oatmeal.

I usually eat the oatmeal and make the banana smoothie separately.

Do you just toss the oatmeal into the smoothie raw?
