I am just back from the Holiday of a lifetime..... tell you what, never again lol awful but fun :laugh:

Exercise, walk gym etc as mentioned above is really good. sometimes though you just need to switch the brain off and i find a movie does not do that as movies = snacks. I take myself out of the real world and play video games. At 45 I maybe a wee bit old, but hey what ever works Glad you got through the night. Next time…

Hi, Married, been around MFP a few years. Lost 9 stone with weight watchers but it never stayed off. now lost 3 stone since january and looking for a laugh on the way to full time healthier lifestyle. :bigsmile:

My dad taught me how to create a spear, from found objects, and then to fashion a launcher to increase speed and distance. BTW he grew up on a farm. I grew up in a town. Not a big call for spears in my street :bigsmile: Edited: for spelling coz I be dumb

Even walking is a good start. as everyone says log everything...... use message boards. when you log you have a clear picture of your efforts and when you are using message noards your mind is else where. In my neck of the woods (scotland) they are refered to as "chapel hat pegs" regardless of male/female. as for really cold weather the pharse " you could hang your dufflecoat on em with a bottle of irnbru in each pcoket" is used lol I love the local phrases

Hi, Your sound comitted neough to a healthier life style so stick with that. stay or dont stay with MFP counting that is up to you... but you can keep your account and come to the boards for the info you said was so helpful before. and as paper pudding said ask for help first befor emaking final choice I f you dont stay…
