I've had the book a while and tried lots of the recipes which were all great. As there are only 2 of us, I make the recommended recipe and freeze the extra portions wherever possible. I can definitely recommend the Chicken Jalfrezi, cottage pie, chilli baskets, & meat pies for freezing. the Tuna and spaghetti and cod loin…

No weight loss this week. I'm happy with that as I've been away in sunny Mallorca for 2 weeks and have not gained any weight. Started the challenge properly yesterdzy, hopefully a good weight loss next week :smile:

Why not make the following dip - Take a tub of extra light philidelphia cheese( any flavour, sweet chilli is really nice) ) and mix with 1/2 a tub fat free creme fraiche or fat free natural yoghurt .
