My goal is 100 miles again. I don't have enough time right now for any more. I can only manage weight training 1-2 days a week. Wish it was 3-4. Once I graduate, it will be lovely.

I had never heard of either of those running/racing weight things. Wow. Just wow. Not ever going to be either of those. One is doable, but not desired and the other is grossly underweight. Just wow. As for virtual races....I did one when my real one was cancelled for weather.
