Mine's open to friends, tends to be a bit routine at times, but you are welcome to have a nose around

I suspect you will be surprised just how small a highly calorie dense portion of some things are, like cheese & pasta for instance
-
All the best Tom, it can be done, the Easter eggs could be given away maybe?
-
You can do it, today is my 72nd birthday and by coincidence I have lost 72 lbs as well, do not give up
-
Yep, I do not use the auto logger because of previous problems, but the cals logged today just do not match similar past walks, in my case lower
-
PS it helps if you give a reason, similar likes, time zone, country etc, just more than a blank message, and it would help if you filled in your profile and not just empty spaces, 'cos I haven't got round to it
-
I suggest you use real loose leaf tea, brewed in a teapot, and made with boiling water, & not from some scummy tea bag made with off boil water You could start by trying Earl Grey, of perhaps Lady Grey, and not a bloody tea bag version, real leaves, in pot I think worse thing out there is plastic reformed chicken from…

Not allowed on forums, but I have seen it posted on wall, charity run etc with link, so I guess not really allowed but on wall it is just your friends who will see it, bit like going around work trying to get sponsors really. Not sure if it operates in your area, but look at streetlife.com, UK local to you forum so perhaps…

are you using a computer or a mobile phone?

I got into 5th hole on my belt without effort, once I was struggling to get in first hole
-
Hi Kyle, should be fairly straight forward, I have lost 5 stones from 17 + stones. Why aiming for 14 stone? I do not know your height or build, but surely around 12 stones would be more in keeping? Good luck on getting to around 14 stones though
-
A fresh lot this morning, some just begging for the 5th reporting, go for it
-
To directly answer your question YES On 31st Dec 2014 I weighed 187.4lbs, yesterday I weighed 172.0 lbs I stopped all the booze for Dry January and have continued this into Feb to date A by product was feeling better & not grazing in the fridge after a few pints
-
Mine followed a similar route, but I got back on track for New Year and hope to be goal weight, again, by Easter time if not sooner
-
I am still stones, pounds, yards, feet & inches. And just for the "ouch" I sometimes mentally convert new pence prices to shillings, half a crown for an egg makes me wince, as does 5 bob for an orange
-
Vince, I have sent you a FR

A nice achievement and well done for resisting
-
I just rinse them under the tap

I am also a walker, mostly around 2 - 3 miles daily, I just look around me, watch the flowers growing, and this time of year the buds starting to show on the trees as the Spring warmth & day length gets going I think one reason walking is under rated because there is not much, or any money to be made from it, unlike gym…

Welcome back, and "well done matey", hope that is not too much cheer leading? ;)
-
Hi, I hope you do, but I think a stone in a month will be pushing it, especially as weight loss does not follow a nice line on a graph Best of luck anyway
-
Snugglebutt, you could try soaking the oats in water, or milk, overnight in fridge This will make them softer, but as PB says, they may appear lumpy if all you have had is readybrek, bit like real spuds versus Smash

milligrammes , mg, 1000 in a gramme Do not confuse salt with sodium as some do, the salt shown in grammes on package labels is not same as sodium, there is a formula to convert, use a search engine to find it should you need it

I think no longer being obese and just overweight is a goal in itself, as is hitting "onederland" where the first digit on the scale is a one not a two Another good thing about clothes, when you get there, is putting on one of your old shirts or trousers and seeing just how big they are on your new "normal weight" body,…

some had ham & grated cheddar, some had sugar & lemon juice, one had home made jam, one had honey, and now I am stuffed
-
Well done on the loss, very good result. I find those last few pounds are the very Devil to shift but they do go, even if slowly

The spare weight argument is one I have heard, for common debilitating illness like 'flu for instance. I have no set BMI, except normal, I am aiming around 12 stones [168 pounds], I know if I go lower I look gaunt, so comfortable at 12 stones area

I'm in, I stopped for Dry January and kept on into Feb. It was my intention to go through until Easter week anyway, so no booze for lent fits in nicely, even though it maybe a bit of cheat as I have been on wagon since New Year
