I like the Fiber One Brownies for dessert but I will definitely have to try this Zucchini Banana Brownie recipe.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie (made with almond milk). It satisfies my sweet cravings so I don't give in to the temptation of less than healthy things.

What's Ezekiel bread?

Ok. Great suggestion. I typically do better with clear liquor as opposed to brown liquor. I will keep a vodka and diet soda in mind.

Have you tried sandwich flats or 45 calorie bread?

Gotta have it! Can range from less than 80 (egg white and spinach omelette) up to 300. I try not to go over 300.

I often binge snack in the evenings too. Last night I had baked potato chips in a single portion bag so I would not overeat. I suggest maybe popcorn. You can have a lot of it and it's perfect to sit and watch TV (and share with the hubby). Also, this week I have been pre-logging my dinner and snacks before I get home.…

BC Powder, Propel, and something starchy (I usually eat McDonald's French fries)

I decided on the Panera Strawberry Chicken Poppyseed Salad and I'm glad I did. It was yummy and filling!

Thanks for the suggestions. I don't eat out too often. I have narrowed my choices to Wendy's, Chipotle or Panera. Decisions, decisions!

Yep, always have to watch the dressing. I have never had a Wendy's salad but I think it sounds a lot tastier than just a plain old grilled chicken salad (like McDonald's and Subway). I didn't really want to sacrifice taste too much. Thanks.

I can relate. I work full-time and my husband works nights. I try to exercise at home but the kids are all over me. I do squats.... they're crawling between my legs; I do push-ups, they're climbing on my back; I do jumping jacks, they're trying to hang onto my legs; and I do sit-ups, they're bouncing on my belly. I get up…

I forget... sugar free hot cocoa/hot chocolate

I like Popchips if I want salty and 100 cal bag of Snackwell's chocolate covered pretzels for salty & sweet. I also eat string cheese a lot for snacks.

I love the idea of green beans as fries! I will have to try this.
