That is my other question.... the whole TDEE is confusing, I get 1200 calories, but earn back calories when I hit the gym... is this accurate? (failing at 6-10 reps), so quit the lighter weights at 15 reps 3 times? I cannot express how much I appreciate all the help y'all!!

Gotcha, it will be tossed in the junk drawer for a long while! :-)

I am losing about 2 lbs a week, so its a good steady loss. I just get so distraught over not getting into smaller sizes, even with the weight loss.

I hadn't thought about that.

Same spots, same day of the week, same time of day, even same work out clothes. The only factor changing is me and my weight and measurements. I think I have to go back to the trainer and tell her something is wrong.

Bump, so I can read this with a clear mind. Thanks everyone!

That's great! :) The app wants to give 360 calories burned for 35 minutes of moderate cycling, which I know isn't accurate. I was thinking maybe I was going crazy, then I realized you can adjust the calories burned.

I am not really worried about the calories back, I just want to make sure I am hitting the targets set out for me.

Oh thank you so much!

Hi there, I am 3 semesters away from graduating with my LVN, and will double right back and start on my BSN. I would love to join you in your trek. I don't know how to add myself, but please feel free to add me. Lisa
