Thanks for the video. Just thinking the right thing to do is what works for the individual. I am thinking the scale slides somewhere between clean eating and IIFYM. BTW - It appears IIFYM is nothing but measurement with an eye on Clean Eating, Paleo, or some other framework of eating.

Well...I was at a cookout today. I couldn't handle to sight of the cheeseburger, beans, and mac. The good thing is I was able to still meet my goals today. Yes. tomorrow is another day! :smile:

My Doctor explained the same thing. Just because I take the test and it is negative does not mean I am ok with Gluten.

Hi, I have the same issue. I just had my yearly physical and requested a gluten test as well as lactose. I could get the gluten but not the lactose...Doc said I had to see a GI track specialist for the lactose. I will let you know the results. Sincerely, Jimmie
