Only reason I would use it as a meal replacement is because I work 3:00-9:00 with a 10 minute break, which is not enough time to get a nutritious dinner in even if I plan (I've tried). I also can't eat at my desk but I can have drinks as long as they're in a spill proof container. So... protein shake.

My main concern is that I don't like eating that late. It makes it difficult for me to go to sleep. Usually when I eat late I don't get enough sleep which drains my energy so I don't want to work out and it just turns into a big cycle of weight gain.

I don't have any equipment and can't afford a gym membership. I do exercises that incorporate cardio and strength but if it involves any equipment other than basic household items, it's out of the question.

He's a year old. We go on walks in the morning when the weather is nice but it being winter and all.... I only get 2 hours a day with him which consists of making sure he eats breakfast and is ready for the baby sitter.

I'm at school 10AM - 2PM and then work from 3pm - 11pm (during 2pm and 3pm I eat lunch). When I get home I work on homework (which is necessary to pass any college class) until 1AM. All in all, waking up at 4AM and working out, going to school and work on 3 hours of sleep everyday is not happening.

The last time I made kale chips, I think I left them in the oven for too long because they were disgusting. I really like kale though, it's fabulous in soups.
