You look amazing! Such a transformation. My starting weight was slightly heavier then You and I'm currently at the weight you started at so this is a massive inspiration to me :)

Thought I'd update as I haven't updated since week 2 when I hit my 10lbs. SW: 269lbs First weeks weight: 261lbs Second weeks weight: 259lbs Forth weeks weight: 252lbs Total loss is 17lbs :)

200-500 under my net calories on days I exercise. This is because I can't be accurate on if that figure is correct. MFP has me at 1400 a day. I exercise say 800 calories off so my overall that day is 2200 calories I can eat. What I actually eat is anywhere from 1700-1900 and this seems to work for me. I've tried eating…

I started at 275, currently I'm 252/253 can't remember which but for my height I need to lose 149lbs. I'm 23lbs in so I'm always happy to have people add me at a similar starting point to me.

It won't stop me drinking it. I quit full fat because I was drinking my calories. I then cut down on all sodas. I've halved my intake but that's as far as I'm going. I'm still losing weight at a good pace it. I don't get my caffiene from any other source, I don't drink tea/coffee or touch energy drinks. Mind you my diet…

Fasting is a good way to lose weight but only if you eat to your full rmr on the non fasted days. The last 2 non fasted days I've had I've eaten to far under and that teamed with the fasts stalled my body and I gained 2lb. I've realised my mistake and had 2 days eating to my RMR and fasted today and it's dropped back down.…

I've never really said I don't want to be too thin/skinny but it's true I don't. I don't want to go from one extreme to the other. I want to be healthy for the first time in a decade. I've been the same height since 12-13 when I starte gaining weight, and when I was 126 I always felt right in my skin. To me that's ideal…

It's good to hear everyones experience. I drink a lot of water and am starting strength training shortly. I also think I have good genetics, my mum has a taut stomach after 4 kids. my aunt went from 240 to 115 with hardly any saggy skin and she didn't do anything to not have it. I'm still fairly young at 24 but I have had…

I've just ordered some weights to start strength training so it's good to know that will help. I'm only losing 140-160lbs but I meant those with a starting weight of over 250lbs like me :)

You an really see a difference, congratulations.

Mmm broccolli, onion and cheese. The only way it could get better is with garlic. Thanks for the recipe will be trying these soon.

It's a very brave thing you've done and it's a starting point. I wouldn't mind being 180 but that one was a 2 when I started. We all have to start somewhere and you've found the motivation now. I wish I had the guts to take before pictures!

Raw peppers, yum.

In an ADFer and it works well for my body. Then again it's not surprising really at my weight very little could be more damaging to myself asides from fully starving myself. I can understand why people are skeptical about it. I've always had the 1200 calories or you won't lose drilled into me. I've had my thyroid tested…

This topic has been eye opening. I'm now an alternate day faster. I have been having general health checks. In the last month as I've trained my body to fast like this I've seen my doctor 4 times. My blood pressure has vastly improved, I'm sleeping better (more non REM vs REM sleep) I'm less stressed, I have more mental…

Talking to my cousin who is only 5 years younger then me about the bazooka I used to have for the supe Nintendo when I was a kid and them asking what it is. Also talking to my younger brothers about how we used to wait for ages to use dial up Internet to load web pages and the youngest (10years my junior) saying we are…

Chicken and chorizo skewers with noodles stir fried with mushrooms and onions. A tried and tested winner and tasty whilst not being massively unhealthy :)

I don't do insanity but am looking into it for when my fitness gets to a level I feel I can even attempt it. I'd fail badly where I am now. You can add me I'd be interested in knowing how you get on with it :)
-
Uk here too (Hampshire and south London) feel free to add me :D
-
Uk here too looking for people in similar time zone so I'll add you, anyone's free to add me :)

I have a long way to go too. I think most people have yo yo dieted at some point in their life. I'm sure you can do it again.
-
I'll add you once I figure out how :) I'm sure we will get there if we stay strong and power through the low points.
