If I know I am eating out or meeting friends for drinks I increase my cardio and use the extra calories so that I don't feel guilty.

The biggest support for me is being able to view friends daily food. It is nice to see what other people eat because it gives me ideas to keep it from getting boring!

I'm with you! I am going to try to stay close to my recommened calorie intake and use the overage only when I cheat. I think that this will lessen the guilt when I eat out or have a glass of wine.

I have been working out sometimes twice a day and staying within my calorie guidelines. I gained two pounds and stayed there for about three weeks. Today I woke up and I am down those two pounds!!! I know that I have lost inches because I have gone down a size in my pants. Hang in there it does change!
