I am giving up

I am giving up eating back my exercise calories. I am giving up even trying to figure out how many calories I am burning.

I am giving up tracking my exercise.

I was doing fine until I started doing all that stuff.

Too many conflicting ideas, theories, formulas, do it this ways, do it that ways. I am driving myself crazy.

I will continue to log my food, drink my water, and continue my treadmill walks 5 days a week.

Eventually I will add strength training.

And I will reach my goal, without worrying myself to death trying to figure out if I am adding and subtracting and multiplying the right numbers.

I bet I sleep really good tonight. :smile:

    I'm with you! I am going to try to stay close to my recommened calorie intake and use the overage only when I cheat. I think that this will lessen the guilt when I eat out or have a glass of wine.
