Just reading Jillian Michael's, "Mastering Your Metabolism." It's sensible and I think has great tools for how to unlock hormones to work on our behalf. (Not just the male/female kind). She has a cookbook that goes with it, too. The Biggest Loser books are sensible, too. Try the library.
