Wanted: Someone/thing to help me find my lost motivation!

This winter, I finally decided that it was time to make a lifestyle change. I started going to bootcamp twice a week and working out on days I didn't have bootcamp. I immediately noticed that I had more energy but I knew something was missing. So I decided to join a weight loss program that didn't focus on counting the calories (which I hadn't had success with before) but instead focused on getting in a lot of protein and really limiting the sugar intake. For the first time in my life, I started loosing weight and it was fairly easy. I didn't feel like I was going out of my way to eat healthy and I enjoyed going to bootcamp. After just two months I had dropped nearly 35 pounds and I couldn't be happier with how things were going.
I found that my biggest problem when I wasn't watching what I ate was that I ate just to eat. I ate when I was happy, ate when I was sad, and ate when it was a Tuesday. I wasn't hungry, but I ate. This time around I vowed to listen to my body and only eat when it told me it was hungry. Somedays, I ate 1400 calories because I was starving, and other days, I might only eat 800. It sounds bad retrospectively, but I wasn't hungry. I wasn't going to let my mind beat me in my war on the bulge!
Anyhow, I had almost reached 50 lbs lost (something I NEVER thought would happen) and I went on a family vacation. I didn't go crazy in terms of eating, but I did allow myself to have some desserts and glasses of wine here and there. When I came back from vacation, I hadn't gained a pound and I was so proud of myself.
Then the real challenge began. I found that I was craving things (and still am) that I didn't even eat during my fat days. It became harder and harder for me to get myself motivated to work out on the days I didn't have bootcamp and because of that, I didn't push myself as hard during bootcamp. I recently had to give up bootcamp due to lack of funds, but I'm really finding it hard to make myself go to the gym and if I do make it there, I'm not there nearly long enough. Or I find I'm exhausted by the thought of going on any longer. What's up?
And why am I hungry all the time? It's not like I don't eat! I've been trying to fill myself up with proteins in the morning, but they don't seem to be helping. I don't understand how I was sometimes forcing myself to eat the 1200 and now 1200 doesn't seem to be nearly enough food.
I have no idea where my motivation has gone, and I want it back! I can begin to see myself fall into some old habits and it's just a bad downwards spiral that I don't want to deal with again.
How did you regain your motivation?
Any and all help would be appreciated!

I don't have the history of loss and coming through a rough patch and regaining my motivation. However, reading success stories and ways people have regained their health really pumps me up! If I was feeling like you I'd go to the library or the bookstore and have some luxury time for yourself. Get a hot tea or an iced coffee and go through the "get healthy and strong" books. I like to look at the health and fitness magazines.....they are full of good ideas and usually have some inspirational stories. Read some of the blogs on MFP. Here's a good one.... she has done well, lost over 130 pounds and is very health and fitness guided.

I love clean eating and looking into that also gets me jazzed. Then shopping at Whole Foods and Trader Joes (or whatever is in yor area) gets exciting. I was just introduced to The Gracious Pantry, a website with recipes and such.
Don't forget to get outside, walk and get fresh air. Anyway.....keep at it! You have done so well and you don't want to lose the ground you have had success over. Take care and I hope some folks can respond and give you a boost!0
