  • I like to look at the success stories from time to time for motivation however I don't usually comment and keep to myself... but DAYYUM lookin good! Very impressive and you should be very proud of your results!
  • If you like "meatless" alternatives, I really like the Lightlife brand veggie burgers and hot dogs! They have a mushroom burger that is really delicious!
  • If you were truly at 180 bpm the whole time, that probably is correct. Max HR is 220 minus your age, so you are working out at pretty close to max exertion if you manage to keep it at 180 the whole time. When I do elliptical at about 75-80% of my max HR I burn about 100 cals/10 minutes so it seems to be about right.
