Haven't changed my routine...guess time will tell! I have a full body day, a legs day, an arms day and an abs day. 8-12 rep range on all exercises, full body takes about an hour and a half, the other 3 take about 45mins. Short rest times of about 1 minute. I do a weights workout 6 times a week.

My goal was 110 pounds. In my opinion I didn't look like I was lean enough but I'd already agreed with myself I'd start on a slow bulk once I hit 110 which is what I'm doing now.

This! When I visit my boyfriend I go to his local gym so cover up a bit. I HATE how uncomfortable it is wearing a sopping wet sweaty tshirt for a few hours. Good on the girls who have the confidence (and the bodies!) to wear what they like!

I get a footlong chicken temptation and my boyfriend will get a footlong meatball marinara, then we have half each hehehe

I much prefer to go alone! I can just get on with my business without anything getting in the way. My boyfriend LOVES when we train together but there's nothing I hate more! He takes FOREVER in his rest times and only ever does full body. /yawn.

I paid for new boobies and now I'm pretty much back to my pre-op size! Gutted! Dread to think what they'd look like right now if I hadn't had them done!

I do HIIT on the treadmill....warm up, 20 secs as fast as I can managed, 10 secs standing on the sides, 20 secs fast as I can. It gets my heart rate up to my max. I generally do about 10-15mins before cooling down.

For CV I just have a treadmill. Other equipment I have is a multigym and free weights. Got it all off ebay, total price of under £500. The treadmill was about £250, lovely couple came and delivered it personally as they said that was cheaper than a courier! It works great...12km max speed and 16 max incline. Displays…

I'm not doing insanity, but this has really helped reassure me re: calorie burning. I'm 5'4 and 113 pounds and was always upset at how my boyfriend (5'7 150 pounds) was burning twice as many calories as me when we did the same workout. Glad to know there's a logical explanation!

Thanks for the imput! I'm just so confused as I hear so many different things! One person says its just calories in vs calories out, the higher the deficit the better...some say about starvation mode. Someone else says eat more. I just feel really lost at the minute! I guess the best way is just to see how it goes and…

So with my un-logged exercise cals (HRM says between 200-500 cals depending on what day, but like i say i don't 100% trust it) I'd be eating correctly to lose weight? or do I need to cut the food down more? Today as an example: Cals I will eat: 1560 Exercise cals according to HRM: 406 Total = 1154 - which is under my BMR??

I read about probiotics being good for this so have started having a probiotic yoghurt everyday. Messes with my sugar quite a lot but hoping I see a benefit. Bowel function? Erm. At risk of being tmi....feels like something huge is on its way, but only small comes out. If that makes sense? Can't think of a less crude way…

At risk of sounding like a complete moron i just took it off, gave it a good scrub, put it back on and it worked fine. Guess all my nasty grease and germs clogged it up somewhat (ew) :huh: Will be getting new batteries though just in case it is the sign of something worse to come. Cheers for the help!

Oh if it's relevant... age: 20 height: 5"4' daily cals: 1500 - I usually have about 100 deficit and don't log my exercise calories. exercise: 10 mins HIIT running everyday and weights 5/6 times a week...full body/abs/arms not constipated. not pregnant.

I was planning on doing 2 tabs (they're 8mg each) eph and 1 caffeine once a day for a week. Take a week off see how I feel then it all's well try 2 tabs eph and 1 caffeine twice daily for 2 weeks then come off again for a week. Does that sound OK for a first timer? Also do you guys find it helps with appetite suppression…

I spent ages forcing myself through workouts I hated because I thought they were "better" for me, but I ended up dreading the gym (esp. abs!) and eventually quit. Then a month or so later I decided I was just going to do the exercises I liked…
