Scales gone up but inches gone down?
Does this mean I've put on muscle? I thought it was near impossible to put on muscle in a caloric deficit but I don't know what other explanation there is?

Ephedrine?
Ok I already know this isn't going to make me popular, but has anyone had any experience of taking ephedrine or an EC stack? I'm hoping to start tomorrow and am wondering what I should expect? I've read a lot on the web but would be great if I could get some "real" accounts. :smile:

Myth or fact?
I heard something a while back along the lines of "every pound of muscle burns X amount of extra calories a day" Is this true or am I getting my hopes up? If it is true how many calories is it?
