Bloating/too much fat/too little muscle?

Hi guys, hoping you can give me some advice here.

I'm 112 pounds and 5 foot 4, exercise 5 days a week both weights and cardio.

My problem is that the belly I have (or lack of it!) when I wake up in the morning doesn't last! I'm really happy with how I look first thing in the morning, but about 5 mins after eating or drinking ANYTHING my belly goes huge when I relax. I could be mistaken for being more than a few months pregnant. I can suck it in but I don't really want to be doing that for the rest of my life if there's a fix for it.
I thought it may be some sort of intolerance to something but its literally after eating or drinking anything at all. Even water.
Is it a case of still having too much fat? Not enough stomach muscle? I work my abs 30mins twice a week...should I be doing more?

I do have pics but am a bit embarrassed to post them so wondered if anyone had any general advice first? Thanks!

That's what happens when you eat or drink something, generally you are dehydrated in the morning. You can continue to lose fat to tighten up your stomach, but sounds like you are pretty light already

Did you just wake up in your avatar picture? Because you look perfectly fine there.

But like Acg said, when you take up you have been fasting so you will look thinner...soon as you start putting liquid and food into your body you will expand a bit...I dont think as extreme as saying 3-4 months pregnant (I'd need picture proof of that) but at least a little bit.

i had the same problem, and learned that excessive bloating can be a sign of a digestive intolerance (i.e. dairy, gluten). it's normal to expand somewhat when eating or drinking, but i am relatively fit (like your picture indicates you are). if you are bloating up to the bottom of your rib cage, getting that 6-month pregnant look after a typical meal, you might want to look into whether you have a dairy or gluten intolerance (or some other digestive intolerance).

I have this problem too. Exactly the same and it's horrible. I hate having to suck my stomach in all the time when in the morning it is often pretty flat and toned :( If you find a solution feel free to share haha. Sometimes it's just a slight bloat but often it's literally like I could give birth any minute XD Ugh...
