^^^ So much this. Seriously, I'll not lose (or maybe even gain) anything in three weeks, then the last week it all falls off. Like others are saying, try not to worry too much about daily or weekly numbers. Aggregate trends are much more telling, and you sound like you're doing great and being healthy :).

Congrats - that's my goal as well! I agree with everyone saying to listen to your body - do whatever you want, as long as you're not hurting yourself in the process. Great loss though.

This. And for me, I've learned this is the best way to do it. Otherwise, my "treat" meals turn into binge marathons where I look up an hour later and have eaten an entire pizza haha. 80-20 and feeling/looking great :D.

Popcorn. Keep that stuff away from me. You know the orville big bowls - the ones that come in pop up bowls rather than bags so that you can pass it around and share more easily? My lowest point was eating three of those in a night. It was fabulous.

Just echoing all the other sentiments here. Couch Potato to 5K is a great program - I did it to start, and now I'll be running my first endurance sport in April - a half-marathon.
