Definitely snack throughout the day. Sometimes I bring apples and peanut butter, other times almonds, or a greek yogurt. It helps keep your energy up! Good luck with student teaching......it's great!

Yes!! Peel some ripe bananas and freeze them. The next day, put them in the food processor, along with some half n half, and it tastes just like real ice cream. Also, sometimes I put a little peanut butter with it. It's really good!

I've heard countless people say that drinking diet drinks with artificial sweeteners makes you crave real sweets, such as chocolate. Not sure how accurate it is though.
