I think its because a large proportion blame things other than themselves for being obese. We all know deep down, ME INCLUDED that the only reason people get fat is by eating more than they should and moving less than they should, so ultimately its down to 1) Greed and 2) Laziness..... Anybody can made healthy food taste…

I tried day 1 last week! Managed to do it all but groin pains and shin splints hurt for like 3 days after! Going to retry soon! Also starting T25 next week which should build some strength

If you are planning in advance for your relationships failing then surely you aren't with the right person and may as well call it quits now... How about things you can do to make sure you maintain a healthy and fulfilling relationship ;) And why wait till a relationship fails to "better" yourself?? Do it now.

It can be very hard, youll see on my diary, treats aside ive struggled since having less calories, but keep logging anyway, you can see what has and hasnt worked then, ie now i can see if i stick to alpen for breakfast and beans on toast for lunch, i still have a lot of flexibility when it comes to tea time

If youre really struggling, snacking on dried fruit and nut mix helps - fairly high calorie wise and tasty! and good for you... 3 square meals tho is better!

If youre on day 6 mate then its more the habit your body is craving in my opinon. To ease this you can get nicotine free ecig oil.... its what helped me quit and it made the process easy.... dont even use the ecig anymore... couldnt have done it without that tho Crappy garage brought ecigs dont work tho - imo only the ones…

This is Common - stress can make you gain weight (or loose in some cases)..... many people find that when they have a break for a few days they still have a loss..... i believe that its down to not stressing about it all..... just a theory...

I read amazing reviews on the SHaun T T25 - 25min workouts, 5 days a week ( i think) and you supposedly get ripped in 10 weeks. Not started it yet though

It will probably just be your body getting used to it if its a new thing.... i used to get headaches at first but it soon passed, ie within a few weeks.
