I had a couple of slices of Baker Delight Cape Seed bread... thinking it would be good... untill logging it OUCH!

I have set myself a goal to get under 100kg by Christmas day. Have 11 kg to go so as the weather starts to improve gonna start the walking tnd gardening to help. I reckon it's a realistic goal.

Logging my food has been the only way of keeping on track. After 20+ years of hating my weight and comfort eating, I have finally been able to see what I have actually been consuming and it has been a real eye opener. I eat a regular sort of diet so have created generic meals so it makes it a lot easier to log.

I just joined up last week, but this seems so natural already. It's great to be able to see the journey.
