I have tried them before and since i ate low fat anyhow it did nothing for me I had none of the nasty side effects either since there was hardly any fat to get rid of from what i ate. I lost no more weight with them than i was losing just by eating right

I am 267lb so around your weight and i would not have 900 calories for any of my meals let alone breakfast because if I did I would be even bigger than I am now. I lose slowly and have to eat around 1300 -1500 max a day and exercise at least 3 hours a week to lose at all. I do eat proper meals not all fruit and salad and…

Well done amazing loss. I have over 150lb to lose eat on average 1600 calories a day and work out every day and am lucky to lose 2lb a week its usually 1lb-1.5lb so doesnt always follow that just because your big weight will fall off :(

I use a polar FT4 along with the fitbit. Polar is great for excercise but not so great for everyday burn while fitbit is great for those everyday tasks but not so hot on the excercise as it does not measure intensity. Together they give me a pretty accurate idea of my daily burn :)

Some great advice here I have myself listed as sedentary and then if i wanted I could eat back excercise calories (usually dont) I also use a hrm for excercise as fitbit does not measure intensity In all honesty my fitbit is there as a reminder to keep moving only
-
its same with me I have a deficit of 7000 calories a week which should be 2lb a week loss but generally i lose 1lb the reasons being 1.BMR is an estimate 2.Fitbit estimates calorie burn using your BMR as a base rate so if thats wrong in first place so will the calorie burn fitbit says you reach :)

I think it depends on a few things including your diet previously. I have always eaten quite healthy foods (just too much of them) when i diet I only ever lose 1lb-1.5lb in my first week because I dont have a lot of water weight to lose maybe? I continue to lose at the same sort of level afterwards also

I just keep a bottle with me at all times and sip at it through the day feels not so bad then :)
