I always plan a 9 PM snack into my macros If you are honest with yourself, and plan accordingly/follow the plan you will not be hugry I have a bit of fruit or if it i spost workout a few egg whites and a bit of fruit Dont ignore your body!

i know it is "boring" but I find low fat greek yogurt is my go to (low carb (10 g per cup) and high protein) Add a cup of coffee with a bit of cream and viola (and every now and then have that bacon egg and chese in the AM ) then go run it off (so to speak)

I do 3 days lifitng per week I also do cardio 3-5 days a week (15 min max)

Perhaps you need to eat different foods? Im am set at 1550 and wish I could have 2500 (everyonce in a while I do )
