This is hard to answer Is the veggie burger fried or baked? The fries what is the portion size Fries can be from 300-800 calories alone.

I just went through a phase like this. Best thing to do is to put your game face on and stick to your macros and exercise plan (let it go). Exercise will make you feel better and sticking to macros will instill. Sense of purpose and control (all three great natural antidepressants)

Go to iifym calculator and enter your stats honestly. Then I second the slowly play with macros. I find too high protein causes ME to stall. Perhaps you need to rethink your intake ?

I second the iifym. It takes exercise calories into account so you don't need to add those calories to your diet

Personally I've made more progress And am more consistent working out at home. I have set up a pretty nice home gym area. I have no inhibitions because there are no witnesses lol.

Let me ask you ? Have you been exercising? If not start slow. Go for a walk (yes I know it's cold. But it can be inspiring going for a walk out in the fresh air) Do you do your own grocery shopping meal planning and cooking? I find the process therapeutic and it really has helped my relationship with food And finally. STOP…

I eat everything and log it to fit in my macros

Go to iifym. Pit in your stats. Reset Mfp to reflect these macros. Log accurately. Stay in your macros. And lift heavy (for you)

There are many good demonstrative videos on you tube. I'll post a link later of the one I like best. It shows where to place the bar and the importance of not hunching. Proper form really helped me with these

I tell myself. Now don't start that again! Because I know skipping one workout can easily lead tk skipping two or three. I just try and usually wind up enjoying it. And if it's half a$$ed or I have terrible form. I make it a short one.
