I have hypothyroidism. Consistent exercise actually helps with this sensation of lethargy. If you give in to it it gets worse and may even feel like depression. Make your self move. It really will feel amazing

Ahhhh you are in my boat. I've being doing strong curves and my favorite zuzkalight.com for awhile for cardio. Focus on your nutrition make sure you cut to lose fat. Strong curves really has been an inspirational program for me. Bret and zuzka have been great help

When shifting to maintenance it is best to make smaller changes but since you are at 1800. Keep trucking and monitor. If gaining adjust in a small increment. Monitor again.
