I love this song! Right now its easy for me to turn down food since I'm going on vacation in a few weeks, so when someone presses me, I just tell them I have to get into a swimsuit. I do not understand why people feel the need to push the issue; no means no, dammit!

This is a joke right? Monday I brought in banana bread, made with butter and buttermilk, nothing low calorie about it. Was gone before lunch. For my birthday this year, I brought in my famous gooey butter cake with chocolate heath bar pieces. If it was up to my co-workers, I would bring this in on a weekly basis.

Lord knows I loves me some Shaun T, but I got tired of him saying "How ya'll doin?" 50 times during the workout, so this morning doing Plyo Cardio Circuit, turned him down and turned up some hip hop. Great workout, actually burned more calories. Start month 2 on Monday, kinda excited, kinda scared.

Even if you order them on Amazon, they still go through Beachbody.com. I would order through them before I would go on Ebay or Craigslist. They will replace damaged discs for free, though I do get bombarded with emails...so many emails to buy more stuff.

Yes, I've lost weight using MFP, but no have not gained it back because I still track. Was just wondering why I still track because I pretty much eat the same things everyday, but after reading some of the other responses, think I'll continue tracking.
