New, again๐ฎโ๐จ went from 198 to 145. Then had a child and gained it all back. In the past year went from 164 to 199. I want to lose 50lbs and I'll be set. We can do it.

Iโd like to join as well too please. My Starting Weight was 182lbs two weeks ago in January. My Goal Weight is 130 (actually 140 but I like to overshoot) Feb 06, 2022 - 175.8 Feb 13, 2022- Feb 20, 2022- Feb 27, 2022- I hope to lose at least 5 lbs.

Hi my name is Danielle. Ive been a member since well about 4 mos now. I'm trying to get back into shape. I dont use diet pills or anything. I do fast until dinner though. Not very good at intros actually. Anyone can add me. :D

I use the Mega-T green tea diet pills. It's not bad. It helps suppress my appetite and there's very little caffeine. I just take 1 before my biggest meal so I dont eat as much.

Dont forget to count the calories in the soda too. I usually just make 1 big drink and sip it.
