I cant believe after all the work I did to shed 30 pounds that I am letting it creep back up on me. I think I am going to need some major motivation this winter. My body is already letting me know it's hybernation time soon. I just cant seem to stop eating. Please help any advice on staying out of the kitchen???????????

I think you did great, but if youre that worried about it then just walk in place or side step while your watching your favorite show tonight. Dont forget to keep up the good work. You'll make it.

Try icecream sandwhichs with graham crackers and whip cream. The sugar free stuff tastes good to. My two year loves it.

Not sure about the jello but 2 graham crackers and a tbs or so of whip cream (sugar free taste the same) and freeze it. They are addicting though.
