    I made chicken fajita's the other night....
    on whole wheat low fat flat bread
    used baked chicken breast that I chopped up
    some green pepper, mushrooms, onions...
    fat free salsa,
    fat free sour cream
    and ta-da....=o)

    allrecipes.com has some great recipes, along with the nitritional facts for each one!! You can change serving #s, add recipes to a collection if you like them...it is a great site! :)
  • Try icecream sandwhichs with graham crackers and whip cream. The sugar free stuff tastes good to. My two year loves it.

    That sounds pretty good! I just bought some more whole wheat flat bread today...may have to try that one for lunch or dinner tomorrow night!

    I typed in 'low fat' (but not anything specific) at www.allrecipes.com and oodles of stuff came up! lol

    Cook oatmeal, when finished add 3 tbs ofPB2, cinnamon, liquid stevia, scoop of chocolate protein, and 1 tbsp of regular peanut butter and stir. May have to add water as you start to mix
