my cholesterol was a little high, which was the jumpstart I needed to start getting healthy. 2 cups rye or whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup egg substitute, 2 cups skim milk, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp vanilla, mix it all together and cook I usually get around 15 pancakes or so out of it using 1/4 cup servings. they really good and low cal.

I'm sorry to say that if you can't control it now the surgury isn't going to magically make you be able to control it. You have to find the willpower to control the urge to eat unhealthy either way.

I've lost over 100 lbs without pills or anything else. I'm trying to eat the way I will have to the rest of my life to stay healthy. I don't deprive myself I just look for a healthier way to cook something. It can be done.

She didn't make anyone cook her food just as mcdonalds doesn't make you eat their burgers. what you put in your mouth is YOUR decision , how you cook your food is YOUR decision not anyone else's. I'm 5'2" and I eat 1200 cal a day and I exercise regularly and I don't ever really feel hungry. I try to eat healthy so I can eat more. I don't deprive myself I just look for a healthier way to cook what I want.

for the first 6 months or so all I did was walking for exercise and I lost a lot of weight doing just that. when it started getting colder I added exercise dvds to my workout. I still love to walk though.
