Well I've gained 4 pounds of something and I don't know what it is. And I am counting calories and working out - sweating and lifting weights. When I wasn't logging and watching what I ate or exercising, I was either losing or staying the same. What gives?!

Greek yogurt sweetened with fruit or splenda is a good snack. So is an apple and peanut butter. Anything high in protein and low in carbs is a good snack. Tuna and crackers are good too. Smart Popcorn (like the above poster said) is also a healthy low calorie snack.

I believe eating a little bit will not hurt you. Dark chocolate can have some health benefits because it contains antioxidants.

I never eat before I run, or I'd probably vomit. lol I went running again today and got to lap 8 (2 mile mark) and got a mild stitch. I made it that far w/o one because of really focusing on exhaling deeply. Thanks again for all of your awesome advice. :-)

I am considering buying it too. I tried Insanity and it was too much and made me feel nauseous. I really want to try it to tone up and lose these last 7 lbs!

That's not good. You probably aren't getting enough calories. Are you drinking enough water? I say maybe not push yourself so hard and take more breaks in the videos or take a day or two off.
