Yes the burn would most likely be the same, but I am the type of person that wants an exact calorie burn number to add in MFP. The reason why I posted this is I'm not very motivated to work out at all. I find every excuse in the book not to, so I'm trying to find anything at all to help motivate me more to just get it done.

Change things up and you shouldn't get bored. Being overweight and self conscious feels way worse than working out!
-
I'm curvy and I'm okay with that!

Thanks for your replies. I think I might up my calories a little bit on workout days and then stay at my net goal on non-workout days. Hopefully that'll make a difference.

That's amazing! My scale will not budge since I started doing Brazil Butt Lift! I really needed to see this. Great work and you look amazing!!

You look amazing!!

I'd say you have lost more than a "few" pounds! Good job on your success!

1. Jesus - because I love Him and I have several questions to ask Him. 2. My Grandma - because I miss her more and more each day. 3. William Shakespeare - because I've always loved his plays and sonnets. And we'd eat Italian food becasue that is the most delicious food on the face of the earth :-)

Yes, you can. It is sooo much easier to meet your weekly goals, rather than you daily goals. I started focusing on weekly goals and I have been on track for 3 weeks now! I never go over my weekly goals. I am about 100 calories under them consistently. This week will probably be even more. Good luck to you!

I do too. I am doing Brazil Butt Lift and doing weighted squats, lunges, overhead press to tone different body parrts so they will look more TONED. I get frustrated when people jump on me for saying the word toned followed by, "There's so such thing as toned!" Well, look here, yes there is for me. I have a not-so-toned…
-
She is exactly right! Do strength training. Lift dumbbells or kettlebells. Do squats, lunges, etc. That will help you tone up and you will develop that bombshell look you are striving for!
-
Exactly! lol

bump! This is great!

Well, thanks, but I was actually a band geek :-) Oh and a soccer player.

I am on Day 4 and loving it :-) Feeling sore, but nothing like I was with Insanity. I could barely walk after that crazy workout! lol

Ooops posted twice!

I do worko out about 4-5 times a week. I don't let my chocolate or sugar addiction stop me from getting fit. And I don't mind dark chocolate. I know it is healthier. Milk chocolate is my fav though :-)
-
I think it depends on your frame and how tall you are. But I agree with the poster who posted a cup of wine. You can never go wrong with that cup! lol
-
Yes, I struggle with eating junkfood every single day. I crave chocolate every day and it sucks. I just have to allow myself to have a little and not go overboard. I have really really cut down since I have been logging again and since my diary is no longer private.

Green's Under the Stars Ice cream! Yum!!!

You look amazing!! Great job on the weight loss!

Serious look :)

I just tried it out for the first time yesterday and it is no joke! It WILL tone you up if you are consistent and eat healthy and stay under your calorie goals.
-
Great job! You've done awesome!

Mine needs rounded and lifted. I genetically have a butt that is way too big for my body. I am only 5'0 and 120 pounds and am trying my hardest to get more toned. My butt is and thighs are my problem areas.
