I bought the Skechers black with the straps so they look a bit dressing. After wearing them to work for two days, I definitely feel them toning my butt and back of my thighs! I hope they work to tighten my problem areas!

Where I live, there's only Wal-mart, Martin's and Food Lion to buy food. There's a Save-A-Lot but I hate shopping there. There's no selection and it's totally inundated with junk food!

Thank you guys for all of your wonderful grocery list and recipe ideas! I will definitely be using some of them when I go grocery shopping later today. And no, there's no Aldi where I live in West Virginia. I wish there was though because it sounds like a very low-cost and healthy place to grocery shop!

I have the Polar F6 model and I only wear it when I exercise. It comes with a chest strap that's comfortable. I've had it fall off a few times while doing Just Dance though! lol Good luck on your purchase! I think you'll be very satisfied!

My goals this week are to drink more water to flush out my system and do Turbo Jam 3x this week, Zumba for Wii 3x and Just Dance 2 3x.

I regularly workout with Just Dance 2 and Zumba. I am breathing heavily and sweating like crazy. I count that as a workout. I am going to check out the Kinect later on when I save up some money because that looks awesome!

I got the Zumba for Wii and love it. It's an awesome workout. The only thing I have noticed is it's sometimes hard to keep up with the moves. I have never done Zumba before though. I'm sure I'll get it down.

I'm actually just looking to go hiking for 2-3 hours or maybe a half day would be fun. I have to Google some local trails in my area. I live in West Virginia in the Appalachian Mountains so I'm sure there's lots of trails around. I will definitely invest in a good pair of hiking socks. Thanks for all of the great advice!

Do you guys who have the NuWave Oven Pro use it on a daily basis or only sometimes? I was telling my mom about it today, and she said she would be hesitant about spending so much money on something I may not use that often.

I googled the price of one and it's like 130 bucks. I think I'll get one when I get my tax refund back!! I like the fact that I could make a whole chicken and veggie meal in only 13 minutes for my family!!

Well I got sick because I drank it straight, not diluted and my stomach was not used to it. I have a very weak stomach sometimes.

I should have read further up on it on how to drink it before I tried it. lol. Lesson learned. I'm going to try some in a bit diluted with water. The cranberry juice mixed in sounds good!

Well it's apple cider VINEGAR. And I just read that you are supposed to dilute it in 8 ounces of water per two tablespoons of the vinegar. I did not. I drank like a fourth of a cup of pure apple cider vinegar. No wonder I got sick. Ooops.

I heard regular sugar is healthier than splenda even though it has the calories. Is this true?

Another thing I have been reading about is Candida. I don't know if I have it, but I do tend to eat too much white bread/sugar and high carbs. I have no idea how to get rid of it other than taking a Garlic supplement to kill the yeast and cutting down or cutting out sugar and white bread from my diet. If this is all Greek…
