I do only use two splendas in my coffee. I only drink a small cup. I might try using regular sugar and cut it down to one tablespoon.

Yeah B vitamins have helped me in the past. I even took the sublingual ones you put under your tongue for faster absorption. I need to pick up some more.

I might look in to getting some fish oil. I have also heard ginko works well too.

I do the ones made by Danskin. You can get them at Walmart. I use the 5lb currently but will upgrade to the 10lbs next week. I really like them. They burn a ton of calories in a short amount of time and leave you feeling toned and energized.

You need to eat more calories. 1100 is not enough if you are doing all of that exercise. 1200 is minimum.

I agree, deblu, drinking every once in a while (like once every two weeks or so) won't hurt your weight loss goals. Red wine is said to be healthy for the heart in moderation. Now if you drink everyday then you do have a problem and would need help (rehab)

My friend did the Master Cleanse and she said she felt great and lost 5lb in three days. If you drink caffeine and suddenly stop you will get major headaches! I might look into the Cabbage Soup Diet. It is expensive to do it? I'm looking for something cheap and natural.
