I have tried food journals too, but keeping up with it on MFP is the only thing that I have stuck with! I have been doing it for 20 days straight and I absolutely love it!

In your opinion, does it really matter if I work out in the morning or the evening? I am so not a morning person and am a teacher. I have to wake up at an ungodly hour anyway. I think skinny lattes are one of the lowest calorie items you can get at Starbucks. I say go for it!

I just realized that next week I'm off for Thanksgiving break (I'm a teacher) so I won't have to pay childcare for that week! So I'm going to use that money to buy the watch! thanks for the advice guys!

The fact that it's pink and cute makes me want to wear it all the time! I need a good watch anyway. I just hope it isn't too big and gawdy. Also, I want it to motivate me to work out more. It's true, the less you have to lose the harder it is. I just joined MFP. I have 10 lbs to lose. I am 5'0 but muscular. I want to get down to 115. KDiamond- you seem tiny and look great. You have to do something you love. There are many, many other exercises out there that will give you great results besides running. I enjoy working out at home and taking walks outside when it's nice out.
