No Additives - I do have a cal goal of 1200 a day. I always mostly reach that!

I agree. I think it's harder for most people to lose weight when they only have like 10-15 lbs to lose compared to someone who has like 50-75 lbs to lose. Maybe I should zigzag my cals too. I always seem to eat about the same amount (except on my one cheat day a week). I should also wait and weigh myself like every Sunday…

I think I'll eat back half. So if my cals are set for 1200 and I eat my 1200 cals and then burn 300 for the day, then I'll eat back just 150. You guys are right, there isn't one right answer. I am 15 lbs heavier! hahaha! I WAS then and still am 15 lbs heavier! I can get away with it because I'm short and don't look like I weigh as much as I do. I'm muscular and solid (for the most part).

I just read the article that the other member posted above. It said for someone my size I should eat my exercise calories so my body knows it's okay to burn fat storage. It absolutely makes sense. I think I will still try to maintain a deficit each day of 100-200 cals, but I"ll eat most of my exercise calories.

My calorie goal is set to 1200. I am 5'0 and 125 and my goal weight is 115. He said it's good to get into starvation mode because my body will start using up my fat storage, hence causing weight loss. That doesn't sound right to me!
